Asset Publishing / Unpublishing

Asset publishing is the process of delivering content from the repository to live channels, making it accessible to end users while ensuring control and consistency.

Select the content item or items you wish to publish in the asset repository and click Publish. You can publish the content immediately by selecting Publish Now, or schedule it by selecting Publish Later.

Select the content item or items you wish to unpublish and click on Unpublish. Once unpublished, the asset will no longer be delivered or visible through the channel but remains available in the asset repository for editing or future publishing.

If you want to remove the asset from the repository, select the Trash icon.
